I (Tian) am still unavailable
For professional reasons, I moved to another country. For the moment, I am still not in a definitive place. I know it has been a long time without a new release, but I hope I'll be able to do one on next month (understand: I hope I'll have a computer, internet access and spare time on next month).

On a wider note, GC Star has been pretty much useless for me for the last two or so years because of lack of updates for search scripts. It has its' flaws, such as using a difficult programming language that prevents most of the community from actively contributing. Yet, it is still the best of such programs out there, a class of its own, and I sincerely hope it will resurface someday. All the best to you Tian and thanks again for this great piece of software.

The software is good, but his problem is the failure to update plugins.
