Problems with getting information...
Hi there!
I am using gcstar and gcfilms but with both I get some error:
gcfilms (6.4)
Lost parser state magic at <...>../lib/gcfilms/GCPlugins/GCPluginsBase.pm line 92.
gcstar (1.0.0)
Lost parser state magic at <...>../lib/gcstar/GCPlugins/GCPluginsBase.pm line 237, <RCOMMAND> line 1.
when I try to get info from imdb, for instance. I am using
uname -a:
Linux <...> 2.6.17-gentoo-r8 #2 SMP Mon Oct 16 12:32:57 CEST 2006 x86_64 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux
perl-5.8.8-r2
gtk2-perl-1.141
gtk+-2.10.7-r1
Any ideas?

Re: Problems with getting information...
batic, which version of html-parser do you use?
If you're using version 3.56 you should downgrade to version 3.55 and mask any version greater than 3.55. For me it worked.

Re: Problems with getting information...
It is indeed version 3.56 of html-parser that is cause of the problem.
Thanks a lot!

Hello,
Thank you micb for your solution. I just did a workaround in the CVS version to avoid this problem in future version.

Should you have a problem using GCstar, you can open a bug report or request some support on GCstar forums.
