Re: Open GCstar Window in Fullscreen?

Currently, you can't. GCstar only store the dimensions when the main window is resized manually.

Re: Open GCstar Window in Fullscreen?

Hello,

Thanks for your answer. When I open gsctar the window is only 921x679 pixels. (see the screenshot).

And when i Resize the window gcstar does not store the dimensions.

That shoud have been fixed a week ago on the Gtk3 branch. Please download the latest version from the Gitlab repository and check again.

Re: Open GCstar Window in Fullscreen?

There is an old installer on Gitlab. After the installation, one can download the latest source archive and manually install the updated Perl scripts.

Re: Open GCstar Window in Fullscreen?

The instructions to update are available on Gitlab.

When I'll find some time, I may revive the updater that used to automate the updating process years ago.

Oh No. And Now I get the error message:

Something Went Wrong
────────────────────
x Could not install dependencies
x The Platform failed to resolve the dependencies for this build. \nBecause root depends on every version of     Feature|language/perl|gtk3 which doesn't match any versions, version solving failed.
x gtk3 is unavailable

Re: Open GCstar Window in Fullscreen?

Manually installing GCstar on Windows is difficult as some libraries are not available anymore. For the GCstar development, I use a portable installation of StrawberryPerl setup years ago that could not be easily reproduced today (basically it now requires to manually rebuild Perl and Gtk3 using the same version of the C compiler).

But using the installers should be ok for the 1.7.3 and 1.7.2 version. It should install the executable  gcstar.exe and the necessary libraries for Gtk, Glib, SSL....

Should you have a problem using GCstar, you can open a bug report or request some support on GCstar forums.
