How to access .mo files?
Hey Guys!
I have done some changes and want to access the files in the language folders under /usr/share/locale to translate the words into other languages. But in the language folders are only .mo files. With notepad++ I can't edit this files. I've checked the file format and I believe to know that the .mo files are files written in modula-3. Is that true? An if it is, with what kind of software I can edit files written in modula-3?
Thanks for your help.
